Appointment Policy


To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available. A 'drop off' means you could bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Usually we will ask you to drop off sometime in the morning so our doctor can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, she will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and to give you discharge instructions.

Emergency Policy


After hours, we recommend that you call MedVet at 614.846.5800, OSU Veterinary Hospital at 614.292.3551, or Diley Vet in Canal Winchester 614.829.6444 for any emergency services. Each of these locations are FULLY STAFFED after hours are ready for to help your injured or sick pet immediately upon your arrival.

Surgery Policy


As a rule of thumb, all pets should be at least 4 months old before having a surgical procedure. Prior to any surgery, you need to withold food from your pet at midnight before the surgery. Offering water is okay, however. When you schedule your appointment, the receptionist will notify you of your pet's drop off times. Your pet's pick up time will vary depending on their species and type of surgery being performed. Please call during business hours if you have any questions concerning surgery.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT CHECKS.
